We are one of Perth’s most unique and diverse Craft Brewing operations with successful restaurants operating in 3 locations in Western Australia. We now have an opportunity for a professional and passionate individual to join our team as Duty Manager at our Swan Valley Location.
Reporting to the Venue Manager Duties Include:
- Good knowledge of food and alcohol operations
- Roster, training, guidance and motivation of staff
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Handling cash and till reconciliation
Requirements:
- Approved Manager and RSA Certificates
- Experience in a similar role
- Positive can-do attitude and enthusiastic nature
- Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
- Display of strong leadership skills
- Organised and attention to detail
