This week after we have a bit of a chat about stuff that wanders all over the beer map, we catch up with Steve ‘Hendo’ Henderson, brewer at Southern Bay Brewing.
In a wide ranging chat we talk about Hendo’s career, his plans for Southern Bay, contract brewing and even tap contracts, which sees Matt almost defend big brewers and tap contracts. We also enjoy a cameo from Two Bird’s Jayne Lewis who joins us via a squeaky lab door.
