In 1984 a bunch of guys with a passion for making great beer got together at the famed Sail and Anchor Hotel in Fremantle, Western Australia and formed the Matilda Bay Brewing company. In 2012 we’re still making great beer and our portfolio includes favourites such as Fat Yak, Beez Neez, Redback, Dogbolter Dark Lager, Big Helga and Alpha Pale Ale. Visitors to our new state of the art facility in Port Melbourne are able to grab a bite to eat and sample our range of products within a working brewery.
Are you as passionate about craft beer as we are? Currently we are recruiting for experienced food and beverage staff to join our team on a casual basis, ensuring visitors to the brewery enjoy a world-class experience.
Working in a small team environment, these roles include a full range of responsibilities including; bar/café and function service, cleaning, delivering tastings and tours as well as opening and closing procedures where required.
We are looking for highly customer orientated people with strong hospitality/bar experience and an appreciation of good food, beer and coffee, and experience at supervisor level will be well regarded. An RSA certificate is essential.
