Craft Brewer Wanted
Boatrocker Brewing Company is on the lookout for a passionate, enthusiastic, hands-on Craft Brewer with at least 2 years senior brewing experience. Brewing qualifications are attractive but not essential.
This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to join Boatrocker as we launch our own production facility in the South East of Melbourne.
This role will require the brewer to have extensive knowledge and experience in modern craft brewing techniques including, but not limited to; sound QA/QC practices, recipe development and inventory/stock management. You will be a key player in the Boatrocker team and will be required to get involved in all aspects of beer production from mashing to packaging.
Boatrocker wants to hear from people with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and a commitment to producing world class beer. You will enjoy being part of a small business with big plans to grow.
