Bootleg Brewery in the midst of the scenic Margaret River region needs a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor who thrives in a busy environment. With a range of handcrafted award winning beers, we are ‘An Oasis of Beer in a Desert of Wine’.
Requirements
- Strong customer service focus
- Hands on and lead by example
- Team player who embraces a team environment
- Knowledge of the hospitality/tourism industry
- Ability to make quick decisions, take initiative and upsell products
- RSA Qualification and knowledge of the Liquor Licence Control
- Knowledge of the craft brewing industry would be an advantage
- Previous experience in a supervisory position preferred
The Role
- Control the smooth operations of the Bar & Restaurant on a daily basis
- Continuous training and supervision of staff
- Report to management and liaise with other department heads
- Duty of care to staff & patrons
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures
- Involvement in promotional activities
