Duty Manager / Supervisor
Mash Brewing Bunbury is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced hospitality professional to fill the role of “Duty Manager / Supervisor” for our brewhouse & brasserie.
Hours of work are flexible, & the position can be tailored to a full time / part time or casual position – with a mix of day and evening work. No late finishes or early mornings. Weekend work is required. A Flexible roster is available for the right candidate. The position reports directly to the Venue Manager.
Duties will include:-
- Staff supervision
- Opening and closing of the venue
- Till counting and daily reconciliation
- Small function co-ordination
- Implementation of company procedures
- Stock control / supply ordering
The successful applicant will possess the following qualities:-
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Hard working and hands on
- Great with customers and staff
- Flexible with work hours
- Good organisational skills
The following will be looked on as an advantage:-
- Experience in a similar role within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel / Tavern etc.
- Experience with draught beer systems
- Knowledge of Point Of Sale systems
- An interest in Beer!
- Approved Manager’s Liquor License
The successful applicant will be required to obtain their Approved Manager’s Liquor License certificate within 4 weeks of commencing employment. All applications must include an up to date resume with references, as well as a cover letter.
