We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the bar, restaurant and function rooms and use their knowledge and skills to create an experience for our guests that will leave a lasting impression.

Hotel 115 is Melbourne’s newest contemporary 4.5 star hotel. Located in Kew, Hotel 115 offers an 80 seat restaurant, cocktail bar, micro-brewery, conferencing and events, and in-room dining for 112 rooms.

115 Grill & Brewhouse is our signature restaurant and bar and has a focus on providing a very high standard of food, wine, cocktails and service. Our micro-brewery is a feature of the bar. We currently have 4 of our own craft beer on tap and are brewing a further 2 along with showcasing other local craft beer. Our cocktail list features many classics mixed with modern drinks. We also have a temperature controlled wine room with an extensive list of old and new world wines.

On the function side of the business we have 4 rooms which can cater for 2 – 250 guests at any one time.

Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, a successful candidate in this position will ideally have a minimum of 12 – 18 months experience in a similar role within Australia.

Wages are negotiable and will be based on experience and performance within the role. We are ideally looking for Supervisors willing to work from 25 – 40 hours per week.
