Stone & Wood forages up a seasonal

Stone&Wood_500mLTheForager_HiRes[5]A Belgian-style witbier will be the first release in Stone & Wood’s new summer seasonal series dubbed ‘The Forager’.

The Forager will have a different recipe each year, comprising herbs and spices sourced from the Northern Rivers region where the brewer is based.

The 2016 release is a Belgian-style witbier that’s been brewed with coriander and bitter orange.

“Expect wild fruitiness, mild tartness and subtle spice that finishes dry and crisp, to cool you down and refresh your palate,” Stone & Wood said.

The beer will shortly begin rolling out on tap and in bottles, with an official launch event at the brewery on January 23.
