Endeavour Vintage Beer Co is set to open Endeavour Tap Rooms, a brewery, bar and restaurant in The Rocks, Sydney.

The announcement follows a lengthy search for suitable premises by Endeavour, which has been operating as a contract brewer for the last six years.

Located on the corner of Harrington and Argyle streets, the brewpub venture is in partnership with Applejack Hospitality, which has five existing bars across Sydney.

Endeavour will be installing a Spark 600, the new all-in-one brewhouse developed by Spark Brew Engineering.

“The restaurant menu will lend itself to the exceptional beers on tap and will offer a range of smoked produce from the land and sea, which will be served feast-style and accompanied with vibrant salads and house-made sauces,” Endeavour says.

“The on-tap beer and ferments will also play a key role in the kitchen.”

As well as its core range, Endeavour Tap Rooms will be pouring a rotating schedule of on-site exclusives. The bar will also offer seasonal cocktails and NSW wines served from keg.

The venue is expected to open in November, coinciding with the $15 million NSW Government initiative to renew and revitalise heritage retail tenancies in The Rocks.
