Dermott Dowling

Dermott Dowling Born in small town Timaru, New Zealand and not content to drink the locally brewed very mildly flavoured DB Draught, Dermott took to brewing his own from a tender age. First attempts included Orchard Cider from the family orchard, naturally fermented in glass Flagons, before graduating to beer in all its wondrous glory. He never strays far from things beer related either as a home brewer or as a passionate craft beer enthusiast. Dermott is interested in the advance of craft beer in Australia for the greater good of community, You can follow his short rants, sometimes beer related, on Twitter @Dowlmott.
