Jeremy Sambrooks Freelance writer, teacher and award-winning home brewer, Jeremy has been writing about beer since 2009. Growing up in Perth, he spent his early adult years drinking bland big brewery lagers before one day being recommended a Little Creatures Pale Ale. A sniff and a sip later he was hooked and keen to find out how much more the world of beer had to offer. In recent years, Jeremy has travelled through some of the world's most renowned beer regions in the UK, Belgium, Germany and Czech Republic. He now teaches part time, writes for two beer magazines and brews as often as his wife will let him.
