Pia has spent many years behind the bar in pubs and bars, most recently as Assistant Manager at Five Bar, Perth, a small bar with a beer focus. Here she wrote several beer lists & hosted a few beer and food events too. Somewhere along the way she spent a couple of years on the road selling Little Creatures. She loves her beer. She also loves action movies, her knuckle duster coffee mug & thinks puppies are super cute. So after drinking beer, selling beer and talking about beer for over a decade, what does she have to show for it? A Stella Artois glass glued to a trophy base (thank you InBev), a child like delight at all things beery and a thoroughly damaged palate that craves damn big flavours. She also has a heck of a lot of photos of beer. Luckily she's started a blog so she's got somewhere to put them all.
