Hot summer nights at Red Hill

Mornington Peninsula-based Red Hill Brewery have announced a series of special tastings in January featuring a stash of vintage seasonal brews.

The Saturday night events that will run through January will enable beer lovers to get your hands on the brewer’s secret stash of previous vintages of their seasonal brews. Each event starts with a brewery tour and pot. The night’s featured beer will then be presented by a brewer in a guided tasting with accompanying tasting plates. Attendees are then invited to settle in to a meal at shared tables, designed to match the beer of the evening.

The featured beers will be:

  • Sat 8th January : Christmas Ale Belgian night. Includes barrel aged version, special Belgian dinner of local mussels and frites
  • Sat 15th January : Bohemian Pilsner with a special guest. Whole roast suckling pig on a spit
  • Sat 22nd January: Launch of the Belgian Blonde. Belgian night with local mussels and frites

Each event cots $35 per person for the vintage tasting session. Dinner and additional drinks are extra, charged at menu prices.
