Podcast from the pub with Charlie

Australian Brews News’ almost regular podcast, Radio Brews News, has steadily been gaining a following of beer lovers wanting to hear the thoughts of some of Australia’s leading beer identities…and by that I mean our guests, not the hosts.

Professor Charlie Bamforth

One of the best responses we have had for a guest is that for Professor Charles Bamforth, a professor of brewing science at UC Davis who we have featured twice on the podcast. Charlie, as he invites all to call him, is one of the world’s leading experts in beer and brewing but has an inordinate ability to simplify and explain highly technical processes, while still remaining interesting and allowing his passion for beer to shine through.

The night will be a very laid back affair, in which we will record a Q&A podcast with Charlie, including plenty of opportunity for you to meet with and ask questions about everything beer related. It is the perfect opportunity for the beer lover, the home brewer and even the working professional brewer to learn everything they ever wanted to know about brewing but didn’t have a resident beer professor to ask.

Join Matt & Pete as we have a beer with a true beer professor, and have a great night of beer conversation in a great pub.

You even have time to buy one of Charlie’s books and have him sign it for you on the night.
