Two Birds gearing up in the West

Almost a year to the day of production of the first batch of Two Birds Brewing Golden Ale in Geelong, the Two Birds are set to brew their Golden Ale in Western Australia.

Two Birds Golden Ale logoTwo Birds Brewing have partnered with Gage Roads Brewing Co in Palmyra to start production of their flagship beer, Golden Ale. Two Birds have officially appointed Jock Wilberforce as their distributor in WA and look forward to expanding their customer base this Summer.

Following the interest in their beers in the West, this move will allow Two Birds Brewing to service WA customers with fresh, locally brewed beer. “Brewing in two states allows us to minimise current hurdles such as high freight costs, and lost time in empty keg collection” Danielle Allen says.

Two Birds brewer, Jayne Lewis, will oversee the brewing process and is looking forward to working with the team at Gage Roads.

“I started my brewing career in Perth and it will be great to be back brewing in WA with some well established brewers. The brewery has gone through recent upgrades and process improvements and I’m confident we will produce great beer together,” Jayne
comments.

Two Birds Brewing continue on their journey to establish their beers in the Australian market place, with the goal of setting up their own brewery in due course.

50L Golden Ale Kegs will be available to order through Jock Wilberforce, of the Freo Doctor Liquor Store, from mid October. There is no minimum order quantity and free delivery is offered within the Perth metropolitan area.
