The next beer dinner event at The Villager Hotel Gastrobar and Supper Club in Brisbane will see the return of Brad Fidge from 4 Pines Brewing to host a night of beer and food on Thursday 22nd August, 2013.
Along with special celebrity guest, Claire Parviz, Editor of Style Magazine, Brad will guide you through a four course meal paired to four favourites from 4 Pines, including their new special release, the El Dorado IPA.
The menu will consist of:
- a smoked pork belly with pineapple gel starter, matched with the Kolsch
- entrée of fresh baguette with black pepper and lemon zest ricotta and smoked swordfish, matched with the Hefeweizen
- the main event will be venison ossobuco with red cabbage, coffee and amaretti, match with the 4 Pines Stout
- to finish of the evening, you will be treated desert of baked almond and polenta cake with poached rhubarb and lemon curd, match with the Limited Release El Dorado IPA.
