Australian Brews News’ own Matt Kirkegaard will host a beer masterclass in Port Macquarie on Saturday November 7 as part of the Tastings on Hastings event.
Presented by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, Tastings on Hastings runs from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November in the Port Macquarie town centre.
Themed ‘Fire, Water, Harvest’, the 13th annual Tastings on Hastings comprises three days of culinary celebrations including a night time festival, celebrity chef dinners, cooking demonstrations, masterclasses and the main event on Sunday 8 November.
The beer masterclass runs from 2.45pm to 3.45pm on Saturday 7 November at the Glasshouse, part of a full-day program that also includes demonstrations from chef Matt Moran, artisan cheese maker Lyndall Dykes and a wine masterclass.
Tickets range from $10 to $25 and can be purchased via www.glasshouse.org.au.
