Brisbane’s trade and media are invited to join Adam Betts, owner and head brewer of Edge Brewing Project and Alan Blair of Northdown, Craft Beer Movement for end of year beers at Brewski on Monday December 7.
There will be six of Edge’s beers on tap including recent Gold Medal winning beers Cereal Killer (Red Lager, 5.1%), Cool Hops (Hoppy Lager, 4.6%) and Stagger Lee (Imperial Stout, 10%) as well as S.H.I.P.A (Southern Hemisphere Imperial Pale Ale, 8%), Cherry Popper 2016 (Sour Ale, 5%) and Inappropriate Touching (Dark Lager, 6.5%) a collaboration between Hawkers / Edge / KAIJU! / Evil Twin.
To help celebrate their recent medal wins and to thank their Brisbane stockists, the beers are on Edge between 2pm and 4pm, so get in early.
Brewski is only open to trade and media for this event and will open to the public from 4pm for an event dubbed ‘Mondayitis’. Betts will be on hand for a yarn and to buy the first 20 people through a beer.
