December 11, 2015 by Radio Brews News

TBC_CircleLogo_MockGold_Sml_RGBThis week Matt and Pete head to Melbourne’s Temple Brewing to catch up with happenings there.

We sit down with new owner Nick Pang, head brewer Glenn Harrison, and national sales manager Mark Waghorne and chat about all things Temple, including how Nick came to own the brewery, how Mark came to Temple from Mountain Goat and how Glenn came to brew a cracking pilsner, amongst other things.

Don’t forget to send us your feedback, or leave a voice mail by calling (07) 3040 1508, that we’ll play on our next show.

Radio Brews News is hosted by Matt Kirkegaard and Pete Mitcham and is produced by Lachie Mackintosh.

Really enjoyed these interviews, thanks guys. It was refreshing to hear more about the business side of running a brewery.

Possible interview thread for future shows: how brewery owners or bar owners see the relationship between beers that make them money and beers that are critically acclaimed by craft beer geeks.
