Homebrewers from across Australia will gather at The Hilton Adelaide on October 13-15, 2016 to celebrate the Australian National Homebrewing Conference (ANHC5).
This ANHC is the fifth time the bi-annual conference has been run and the second time outside Melbourne.
Organisers have arranged rock star brewers and beer aficionados from the US and Belgium, plus a number of great locals including Adelaide’s very own Dr. Tim Cooper and the beardy face boys from Little Bang Brewery and Pirate Life.
It’s not all about brewing nerds. To celebrate the perfect match of food and beer, we’re running a pairing dinner. A five course menu has been especially constructed with paired beers in mind by Head Chef Becky Hartman-Kearn.
Courses include Poached King George Whiting Roulade, Twice Cooked Pork Belly and Char Grilled, Slow Cooked Lamb Rump all chosen and prepared with matching beers from award winning homebrewers across Australia.
On the following evening the Australian Amateur Brewing Championship award ceremony is held during the 3 course Gala Dinner. Winning a national award amongst many passionate and proud homebrewers is quite often the catalyst for going Pro.
We’d love you to join us for many a fine beer at this great event! Click here for further details and to purchase tickets.
