Visionary hospitality professionals wanted to grow existing Crago Mill venue and bar located in one of Australia’s fastest growing regional centres, Bathurst, NSW.

Crago Mill is an iconic heritage building in the heart of the Milltown Railway Heritage Precinct. The 100-year-old ambience-laden multi-storey building has been adapted to cater to a vast array of businesses. It was awarded the Bathurst Bicentennial Heritage Award for ‘Best Adaptive Reuse’.

The building accommodates a range of leading local businesses, including Two Heads Brewing production brewery and restaurant.

The building also accommodates businesses in professional and consulting services, including Lipman Constructions, Western Project Services, Central West Project Management, Central West Civil, Resolutionary Films and TheShaun IT.

Up for grabs is the space where Two Heads Brewing is currently operating. Two Heads will be relocating its brewing equipment in December this year when its lease expires. Incoming tenants have the option to install their own equipment or opt not to have a production brewery on site.Fitout will be negotiable between the current tenant and the incoming tenant.

The 500-square-metre ground-floor space features original building fabric and contains a fully-operational commercial kitchen, adjoining cool rooms, tap room, multiple dining areas, function rooms and bar. There is also an outdoor beer garden and dining and entertainment areas.

Also available is an adjacent additional space that spans two levels. This additional area could allow for functions and events both corporate and private.

It has an enviable growth rate and well diversified economy based around education, farming, manufacturing, transport/logistics, regional infrastructure and of course, tourism.
