As the days are getting longer and the nights warmer the Australian Brewery in North West Sydney are launching Twilight Brewery tours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

Meet one of our brewers at the bar before being immersed in the brewing process and beer lore. Touch and smell the fresh ingredients that go into our beers before receiving a tasting paddle at the end of the tour so you can enjoy the finished product.

For only $25 you get the in depth tour and tasting paddle. Our brewing team will cover the history of the brewery and its plans for the future.

With the brewery recently having expanded its production capacity by 50 per cent and with a brand new canning line installed the tour is packed full of information.

See the process from where it begins all the way through to the final package.

Seasonal beers take priority in the tasting paddle and with recent hits like “Revenge of the Pith” and “If you like Pina Colada” there will be sure to be something special on tap. Packages are available for the tour to include a meal cooked in our award winning bistro paired with one of our beers.

“With the brewery only getting busier and the space being used as a commercial brewery Mon-Friday 9-5. This provided a good way to meet demand and get people through the brewery to enjoy our beers in their original habitat.” David Ward – Australian Brewery.

Twilight Tours start from Thursday the 27th of September and begin at 6pm. You can book your tour from our website www.australianbrewery.com or at the brewery in Rouse Hill.

Twilight tours are a great way to start an evening and are perfect as a gift or as part of a function.

The Australian Brewery is opened its doors in 2010 and was founded by a family of six brothers. In 2012 the Brewery was the 1st craft producer in Australia to package exclusively in cans for fresher beer and to be more environmentally friendly.

In 2017/18 the Brewery has won 13 gold medals across the three major beer awards in Australia including best NSW beer for Seis Hermanos Lager at Sydney Royal in 2018.

The Australian Brewery is proudly independent.
