Swagman Brett Pale Ale | Bright Brewery

Swagman Brett Pale Ale is the latest release in Bright Brewery’s Small-Batch Backcounty range.

At 4.8% abv, Bright say it was brewed with native Australian Eucalyptus olida (strawberry gum) and Eucalyptus citriodora (lemon-scented gum) and 100% Brettanomyces yeast.

The beer is available at Bright Brewery as well as select stockists in Victoria.

Cucumber Sour Pilsner | Bodriggy Brewing Co

The Cucumber Sour Pilsner is Victorin brewer Bodriggy Brewing Co’s latest release.

Bodriggy say they added 150 kilogrammes of peeled cucumbers as well as mint.

At 4.7% abv the beer is available now for a limited time only.

Dreamseeker IPA | Fixation Brewing Co

Fixation Brewing Co has announced its next release in its Freshly Hatched series, Dreamseeker IPA.

At 7.3% abv it combines Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo hops with Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Rolled Oats, and Rolled Wheat malt.

Fixation say that Vermont yeast, massive hopping rates and a warmer fermentation were combined to deliver aromas of pineapple and lychee.

It released nationally this week and will be available at select stockists.

Blackberry Gose | Black Brewing Co

Black Brewing Co has released the second edition to its seasonal beer range, the Autumn-inspired Blackberry Gose.

Black Brewing say it is a bright and salty beer thanks to the addition of Himalayan salt during the boil with a subtle tartness from the fresh blackberries.

The 5% abv beer will launch next Thursday 27th of February at select WA venues, as well as at the brewery.

Rock Hopper West Coast IPA | Capital Brewing Co

Capital Brewing Co have released Rock Hopper, a West Coast IPA.

At 6.1% abv and 50 IBU it combines tropical Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Amarillo hops with Pale and small additions of Wheat and Light Crystal malt.

The beer is available now in 375ml cans at select stockists.

Rebel Road Cascara Sour | Jetty Road Brewery

Jetty Road Brewery has teamed up with Little Rebel Coffee Roastery for a collaboration Berliner Weisse.

At 3.4% abv it has been blended with Cascara – the dried cherry skins of the coffee bean that have a sweet cherry flavour.

Jetty Road said drinkers should expect “fruitiness with herbal undertones”.

Available now tapped at the Jetty Road Brewery for a limited time.

Milk Bar Series and Deeds Grisette | Deeds Brewing

Deeds Brewing Co has released a new beer in its Milkbar series, an Imperial Cream Sour.

Deeds said the Milk Bar series pays homage to the family-owned corner stores throughout Australia.

At 7.7% abv and 5 IBU it includes Mosaic hops along with Pale Malt, Oat Malt, Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats and Dextrose.Blackberry, vanilla, and milk sugar were also added.

Deeds’ second release is a grisette brewed with organic Meyer lemons and oranges.

The beer includes Celeia hops and Pilsner, Wheat and Flaked Wheat malt.

At 3.7% abv it has been dry-hopped at 2g per litre.
