Beer loves apply to be selected as Australia’s RateBeer supertasters

This week, RateBeer has released 10 coveted spots to become the first members of Australia’s official RateBeer SuperTasters Program.

The selected few will receive new release, limited release and specialty beers from both local brewers and abroad, each tasked with the job of being some of the first to taste, review and rate on the platform.

With millions of users worldwide, RateBeer connects beer experts and enthusiasts with more than 600,000 peer rated and reviewed beers from around the globe.

Each new craft beer and specialty release to the market brings a wave of excitement and interest from the beer community. RateBeer’s Douglas Mitchell said the official RateBeer SuperTasters will be among the first to share their thoughts and give the verdict on selected brews.

“RateBeer is always evolving and growing because it brings the member’s voice to the fore,” said Mitchell.

“It’s a space where individuals can actively participate in a thriving and independent community, surrounded by people who share a love of beer and the search to find the perfect sip.”

“The selected few to become official RateBeer SuperTasters will passionately know their beer and be made up of a selected group who are ready to take on the challenge of sharing their verdict first with the rest of the world,” said Mitchell.

Australian punters over 25+ are being called on to submit a [maximum] 1 minute beer review showing they are ready to take on one of the coveted RateBeer SuperTaster spots on offer.

Each month, successful RateBeer SuperTasters selected by the official RateBeer judging panel will each receive six limited and new release beers, spanning from craft beers through to global specialty brews, delivered by Sydney’s Beer Cartel.

“This is an opportunity to bring your beer knowledge to people around the globe, discovering new beers and connecting people with the next great beer discovery,” said Mitchell.

RateBeer is the home of independent and unbiased beer reviews, serving the community and connecting consumers with the beers they love.
