Celebrating the very best of Queensland’s meat and livestock, we knew we just had to partake in another year at this iconic event.
Hosted by Matt Kirkegaard featuring Matt Golinski, Tony Tierney, Glen Barratt, and our very own Deniz Coskun, perfecting your culinary skills couldn’t get any easier! For those budding chefs, there will be an array of live demonstrations and tips to share, but for those foodies, we have something extra special in store. . .

Meet our host
Matt Kirkegaard – one of Australia’s most experiences beer writers and founder of the Australian Brews News. He will be your all knowledgeable host for the evening!
Meet the Chefs
Tony Tierney – Head Chef of Ocean View Estates, he has taken the restaurant from strength to strength with his innovative style, skills and passion.
Deniz Coskun – our very own Executive Chef, his paddock – to – plate philosophy has resulted in many collaborations and dishes that are firm favourites across multiple Mantle Group Hospitality venues.
Matt Golinski – a celebrity chef best known for his regular appearance on Ready Steady Cook. He grew up on the Sunshine Coast and has a passion for creating cuisine with fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.
Glen Barret – one of the Scenic Rim’s Eat Local Week’s Regional Food Ambassador and Executive Chef of Wild Canary. He has a passion for local produce and permaculture inspires his own creative dishes.
