Burleigh Brewing celebrates International Beer Day on Friday 2nd of August at Burleigh Taphouse with a new Taphouse exclusive brew; `All Ways Hopped’ India Pale Ale.
Brewers around the world have developed many methods for hopping beer and in honour of International Beer Day, Burleigh have brewed an IPA to honour them all!
The Burleigh `All Ways Hopped’ IPA is hopped with both pellets and whole leaf hops at every possible stage.
“We took a meticulous approach to adding just the right amount of bittering hops, aroma hops and whirlpool hops,” said Burleigh Brewing Founder and Master Brewer, Brennan Fielding.
“We utilised our hopback, multiple dry hopping methods at numerous stages and our own Burleigh Brewing in-house specialty hopping techniques. The result is a super- solid IPA, bursting with firm hop character. You can almost chew on this one,” Fielding said.
This is not the first time Burleigh has created a fun brew on the side to offer consumers something different to test their craft beer palate.
Burleigh have a `Bit On The Side’ department where brewers unleash their creativity and produce small batch Taphouse brews unique in style and flavour; generally available exclusively on tap at the Burleigh Brewing Taphouse.
To experience the Burleigh `All Ways Hopped’ IPA beer for yourself, visit the Burleigh Brewing Taphouse in Burleigh Heads this Friday 2nd of August or on the weekend from 3:00pm.
