Cold Inbound Logistics for Non-Queensland Breweries
Thanks to our competition supporters Liquex Logistics, Motus Transport and Shoobridge Transport, the RQFWS Beer Awards is pleased to offer interstate breweries cold inbound logistics free of charge.
For breweries located outside of Queensland, entries can be dropped off at Liquex Logistics (VIC) or Motus Transport (NSW) depots to be stored in refrigerated conditions until they are cold freighted by Shoobridge Transport to Brisbane for judging.
Exhibitors should indicate at entry as to whether they are intending to drop off their beers to the depots.
Delivery cut-off dates for the depots are:
- Victoria (Liquex Logistics) – By Thursday 18 February
- New South Wales (Motus Transport) – By Monday 22 February
Rental Kegs
We are also pleased to have Konvoy supply 30L rental kegs free of charge to entrants in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland – taking the hassle out of keg management to give breweries peace of mind to focus on their brews.
Exhibitors interested in using a rental keg for their competition beers will be able to collect Konvoy rental kegs from Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales collection points.
Exhibitors should indicate at entry as to whether they are intending to use Konvoy’s rental kegs for the competition. Information regarding collection points will be sent to interested exhibitors.
