The Melbourne brewery is celebrating 10 years in the business this year, and it has been a big one for the team, after Two Birds agreed a deal which saw the business become part of the Fermentum group, owners of Stone & Wood Brewing. 

We talked about Two Birds through the years, the changes they have seen in the industry, what it’s like to be part of Fermentum and why there are not more women founding breweries.
