Queensland’s 10 Toes Brewing has today announced that it’s now available for wholesale ordering in NSW through a new partnership with Kaddy.

Previously only available for widespread wholesale ordering in Queensland, the Sunshine Coast brewer is a local favourite. Their Pipeline Pale Ale has been a rising star in the GABS Hottest 100 for the past 3 years in a row, peaking most recently at number 25 in the 2020 countdown – the year’s highest ranking for a brewery that is only available in its home state.

10 Toes chose Kaddy as a partner after initially signing onto the wholesale ordering platform last month for its explosive Queensland launch. Rolling out across the state at the start of August, 150 Queensland venues and retailers have already signed onto Kaddy alongside over a dozen new local suppliers, including Black Hops Brewing, Range Brewing and Noosa Gin.

And whilst breaking into the NSW market in the midst of the state’s lockdown may sound challenging, 10 Toes have picked an experienced partner. Queensland was the second interstate expansion for NSW-based Kaddy, which launched in Victoria 12 months ago.

“We went live in Victoria during the height of the Melbourne lockdown,” says Kaddy co-founder Rich Coombes. “The timing of our launch with Queensland’s recent restrictions was coincidental, but with the evolving conditions across the country and ongoing challenges for the hospitality industry, operators across the nation are expanding their ranges of higher margin craft offerings with local hero producers as well as interesting out of state options.”

10 Toes Brewing’s Sales Manager Tom Shanahan is similarly confident after his experience with using the platform to trade with his Queensland customers.

“Obviously there’s no way we could have reps on the road in NSW at the moment. That was why Kaddy was a great opportunity for us – the types of bottle shops and venues ordering from Kaddy are exactly who we want to be in front of. Add to that the fact that all Kaddy’s ordering is online and it made it an easy choice to step into the NSW market with them.”

10 Toes’ partnership with Kaddy allows trade customers in NSW to place orders with the wholesale platform conveniently alongside hundreds of other quality craft suppliers. 10 Toes stock is also held locally in cold storage, meaning the majority of NSW trade customers will be eligible for fast delivery.

“We’re stoked to be able to offer 10 Toes Brewing to our customers,” says Coombes. “There is some awesome groundswell behind the brand in QLD and now customers down here can now see what our northern neighbours have been raving about!”

NSW & Queensland trade customers can order 10 Toes Brewing products via the Kaddy platform.
