Brick Lane Brewing Co. has collaborated with boutique bacon brand, Saltsmith, to release two Christmas packs featuring the gift of bacon and beer.

The Extra Naughty Pack contains:

• 1 x Four Pepper Bacon
• 1 x Breakfast Bacon
• 1 x Brick Lane Brewing Red Hoppy Ale (5.3% abv) four-pack

The Extra Nice Pack contains:

• 1 x Maple Whisky Bacon

Multiple releases | Bridge Road Brewers

Bridge Road Brewers has announced various Christmas-themed releases in the lead up to December.

Magical Christmas Pavlova Unicorn (7.3% abv) is a cream ale with flavours of passionfruit, reminiscent of a classic holiday pavlova.

The brewery’s second Christmas release is Fat Man Red Suit Big Sack (7.5% abv) is a red IPA brewed featuring Australian hops – Galaxy, Vic Secret and Enigma.

Bridge Road has also announced two advent calendar packs: The Bridge Road Beer Advent Calendar, featuring 25 beers released from the brewery in 2021, and The Bridge Road + Friends advent calendar which contains 24 beers, including 12 from other Australian breweries –Akasha, Batch, BentSpoke, Black Hops, Boatrocker, Hop Nation, KAIJU!, La Sirène, Moon Dog, Sailors Grave, Uraidla and Van Dieman.

Juleøl | Hawkers Beer

For its Christmas release, Hawkers has teamed up with Denmark’s Anders Kissmeyer of Kissmeyer Brewing Co. to brew a Danish-style Juleøl (6.0% abv) – which translates to “Christmas Beer”.

The traditional dark lager is infused with blueberry and juniper, and is recommended to be paired with waffles, honey roasted turkey, Christmas pudding and sugar cookies.

Good Land Christmas Pack | Good Land Brewing Co.

Good Land Brewing Co. has put together a Christmas gift pack featuring two new exclusive brews and one classic with a limited edition redesign.

The pack includes:

• Mele Kalikimaka (4.5% abv) –a North Pacific Ale with Chinook and Talus hops as well as toasted coconut and pineapple.*

Wolf of the Willows has released a spiced nitro pastry amber ale for the Christmas season.

Merry S’mores-Mas (6.2% abv) is brewed with toasted marshmallows, cacao nibs, natural vanilla, Mork’s Christmas Spice Blend chocolate, cherries, and Saint Felix Cherry & Cacao Husk Brandy, with Warrior hops for bittering.

Braeside Brewing Co. has released Christmas Oaked Lager (5.2% abv). The brew, which was conditioned on French oak and lagered for 10 weeks, is available to buy online now.
