Mayday Hills Apricot Wild Ale | Bridge Road Brewers

Bridge Road Brewers has revealed the latest addition to its Mayday Hills project.

Mayday Hills Apricot Wild Ale (7.9% abv) is a delicate but complex ale with light carbonation and apricot aroma.

This ultra limited release is available online.


Icarus | Helios Brewing

Helios Brewing has announced its newest release.

Icarus (7.5% abv) is an experimental DIPA dry hopped with Simcoe and Talus to showcase the fruity flavours, says Helios.

This release is available to order online in kegs and cans.


MochaMuck | Bodriggy

Bodriggy has announced a collaborative brew in partnership with Blume Coffee Roasters and Birdsnake Chocolate.

MochaMuck (3.3% abv) is a lighthearted stout brewed with Ecuadorian chocolate nibs and cold brewed coffee to create a sweet yet full bodied brew, according to Bodriggy.

Cyrohaze | Balter Brewing Co.

Balter Brewing Co. has announced its second limited release of the year.

Cyrohaze (6.5% abv) is a hazy IPA hopped with Mosaic and has flavours of guava, passionfruit and bubblegum, according to the brewery.

This limited release is available now from local stockists.


3 1/2 Ideas | Bridge Road Brewers

As part of their annual Beer Glamp festival, Bridge Road collaborated with The High Country Hop as well as Brisbane’s Range and Victoria’s Sailors Grave to create a new, limited brew.

3 ½ Ideas (5.8% abv) is an oat cream mango pale hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Galaxy to create a rich, aromatic texture, according to the brewers.

The collaborative brew is available online and in stores for a limited time.


Choc Hazelnut Belgian Stout | Modus Brewing & Koko Black

To celebrate Good Beer Week, Modus Brewing collaborated with local Melbourne chocolatiers Koko Black on a new brew.

Choc Hazelnut Belgian Stout (6.9% abv) is a dark Belgian stout brewed with over 200kgs of hazelnuts and 50kgs of Belgian chocolate.

The limited brew is available now online and in independent Victorian bottle shops with a national rollout set to start at the end of May.


Dark Matter | Feral Brewing Co.

Feral Brewing Co. has announced its winter limited release.

Dark Matter (6% abv) is a dessert-style porter infused with Dutch cocoa, Madagascan vanilla pods and Mexican coffee, roasted in collaboration with Laika coffee.

This is available now via local stockists.


Hop Wheeler | BentSpoke Brewing Co. & Yakima Chief Hops

BentSpoke Brewing teamed up with Yakima Chief Hops to create a new brew for Good Beer Week.

Twist & Stout | Dainton Beer

Dainton Beer has announced its newest release.

Twist & Stout (6.8% abv) is a chocolate pretzel stout with a rich, chocolate biscuit taste and a hint of salt to make it a combination of sweet and savoury.

The beer will release on Wednesday, May 26th.


East Coast Haze | Black Hops

Black Hops released the latest addition to its core range of beers.

East Coast Haze (4.5% abv) is a pale ale that serves as a tribute to the brewery’s home on the Gold Coast. It’s hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo and Eclipse for a tropical taste.

The brew is permanently available at the Black Hops taproom and via its online store.


The People’s Elbow Imperial Porter | Bodriggy & Hop Nation

The latest collaboration between Bodriggy and Hop Nation brings a new brew, which the Melbourne breweries say is equivalent to ‘The People’s Elbow’ wrestling move.

The People’s Elbow Imperial Porter (9.5% abv) is a dark chocolate porter with medium bitterness and hopped with a new experimental hop, HBC520.

Romeo & Juliet and Mon Cheri | Akasha

Akasha Brewing has announced two new releases for Good Beer Week.

Romeo & Juliet (8% abv) is an IIPA that combines both the West Coast and East Coast IPA styles to create a tropical fruit-forward brew.

 

 

 

Mon Cheri (8% abv) is a cherry sour IPA brewed with Talus hops to bring fruit and floral notes.

Both releases are now available online and at local stockists with Mon Cheri shipping once GABS festivals finish.


Double Lamington Ale and Deeds Cider | Deeds Brewing

Deeds Brewing has announced the return of a favourite brew as well as a new addition to its core range.

Double Lamington Ale (8.5% abv) is an imperial brown ale brewed with Warrior hops and is infused with light chocolate notes to create a sweet flavour according to the brewers. It will be available from Wednesday, 26th May via Deed’s online store.

 

 

Deeds Cider (5% abv) is the newest addition to the core range and is made with 100% Australian apples. The brew is available now online.


One Trick Pony and Snowflake | Mountain Culture Beer Co.

Mountain Culture Beer Co. has announced two new beer releases.

One Trick Pony (6.8% abv) is a West Coast style IPA hopped with Columbus while a candylike taste balances out the bitterness.

 

 

 

Snowflake (6% abv) is a limited winter release IPA dry hopped with BRU 1 and Citra.

Both releases are available online and via the taproom.

The Professor’s Pilzner | Bad Shepherd Brewing Co.

Inspired by and in collaboration with Pete “Prof Pilsner” Mitcham himself, Bad Shepherd‘s Professor’s Pilzner is a traditional German-style Pilzner brewed with modern-day hops.

It will be launching as part of Good Beer Week at the Professor Pilsner’s Proliferation of Pils event on Monday, May 17th.


Green Coast Lager & Cloud Catcher | Stone & Wood

Stone & Wood has announced that two of its fan-favourite brews are now available in cans.

The Green Coast Lager (4.7% abv) is a light golden lager that is left unfiltered for a natural yeast cloud.

 

 

The Cloud Catcher (5% abv) is a pale ale brewed with crystal malts and hopped with Galaxy, Ella and Enigma to create tropical aromas.

Both brews are now available and can be found on the Stone & Wood online store.


Stereobreaker | Brick Lane

Brick Lane has created a new rye pale ale called Stereobreaker in collaboration with Pink Boots Society to support women and queer people in the beer trade.

Hawkers has created a new citrus flavoured NEIPA.

Citra Sunray (7.5% abv) is a double dry hopped NEIPA with Citra and Centennial to compliment the citrus centric flavour.

Citra Sunray is available now in stores and online.


Shirazzaweiss | Beerfarm

Beerfarm has announced the return of Shirazzaweiss for its fifth year.

Shirazzaweiss (6% abv) is a grape brew filled with three tonnes of Shiraz grapes, retaining raspberry flavours after being filtered. The brew can be found at local Beerfarm stockists in Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.


Come Kveikly Now | Beerfarm

Beerfarm has announced an exclusive edition to the Sydney and Melbourne GABS Festivals.

Come Kveikly Now (6.4% abv) is a Kveik farmhouse tropical style IPA that has been hopped throughout fermentation to create guava and pineapple juice flavours.

This brew is available exclusively at GABS Sydney and GABS Melbourne from 21st -23rd May.


Wilde Crisp Lager | Wilde Beer

Bless The Haze Double Dry Hopped Oat Cream IPA | Moon Dog Craft Brewery

Moon Dog Craft Brewery’s new brew features passionfruit and pineapple flavours as a result of double dry-hopping with Nectoron, Sultana and Strata hops.

Bless The Haze (7.2% abv) is a fruity, “lactose-y” Oat Cream IPA and will be available from Friday, May 14th.

West Coast Lager | Wolf of the Willows

Wolf of the Willows has announced the latest addition to its ‘Experimental Series’ in collaboration with Bintani and Fermentis.

The West Coast Lager (5.5% abv) features NZH-107 and Centennial hops. The beer is intended to disprove the tradition that lagers need to be fermented at 8-12 degrees for up to 14 days, instead they fermented it at 18 degrees for four to five days.

West Coast Lager is a limited, Victoria-only release, available now from a list stockists which can be found on the Wolf of the Willows website.


Newland Pale Ale | The Marsden Brewhouse

The Marsden Brewhouse‘s latest brew is the Newland Pale Ale (4.5% abv), an Australian style Pale Ale with “subtle citrus flavour” according to brewer’s notes.

Brewed with Pride of Ringwood and Citra hops, it is available in cans and on tap across New South Wales.


Island Life | Wayward Brewing Co.

Wayward Brewing Co.‘s latest release, Island Life (7.0% abv), is a coffee and coconut stout infused with single-origin Sumatran coffee beans from St. Dreux Coffee Roasters.

The wintery stout is brewed with espressos in mind with the addition of fresh coconut flavours.

It will be available from venues and bottleshops across Australia from Friday, May 14th.


Doss Blockos ‘D’ | East 9th Brewing

The second beer in East 9th Brewing‘s ‘Alphabet City’ series, Doss Blockos ‘D’ Draft (4.2% abv) has embraced the brand’s new look and feel.

It is available now at liquor wholesalers, retailers and Dan Murphys nationally.


Gongim Red IPA | Bodriggy Brewing Co.

Bodriggy Brewing Co.‘s Gongim Red IPA (6.0% abv) has returned for 2021, featuring Strata, Comet, El Dorado and Waimea hops.

The limited release beer is available now.


Passionfruit Sour | Bridge Road Brewers

The latest in Bridge Road‘s bi-monthly series of fruited sours is here in the form of a Passionfruit Sour with guava (4.3% abv).

It is available now for a limited time.


Stop & Smell The Flowers | Hop Nation Brewing Co.

Inspired by Umeboshi (Japanese salted plums), Hop Nation‘s Stop & Smell The Flowers IPL is infused with plum blossom, cherry blossom and Australian blood plums, then dry hopped with Motueka and Simcoe.

Stop & Smell The Flowers (6.0% abv) is available now online and at the brewery, and from independent bottleshops from next week.


Lemon Cheesecake Imperial Sour | Bad Shepherd Brewing Co.

At 7.0% abv, Bad Shepherd Brewing Co.‘s Lemon Cheesecake Imperial Sour is made with real cheesecake and is available now.


Barry White Beer | Modus Operandi Brewing Co.

Modus Operandi Brewing Co.‘s new beer is “zesty and a little bit spicy” with subtle honey flavours.

At 4.5% abv, the Barry White Beer is available for a limited time.


Báhn mì, báhn mì, say that you love me | Moon Dog Craft Brewery

Moon Dog‘s latest brew combines cucumber, coriander and chilli in a Gose.

Báhn mì, báhn mì, say that you love me (4.2% abv) is available now.


2021 Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine | Hawkers Beer

Hawkers‘ 2021 Barleywine (12.9% abv) is now available after spending more than seven months in former bourbon barrels.

The beer features vanilla and coconut notes, with deeper flavours of raisin, dried fruit, toffee and caramel.


Oat Cream Juice Train and Laurel Creek | Deeds Brewing

Deeds Brewing‘s upcoming new releases include the Oat Cream Juice Train (6.5% abv), featuring Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe and Amarillo hops, and Laurel Creek, an 8% abv Fruited Sour DIPA, conditioned on lime, mandarin and valencia oranges with Citra, Eclipse and Motueka hops.

Both new beers will be available from 12th May.


Extra Special Bitter | Helios Brewing Company

Helios Brewing‘s Extra Special Bitter (5.6% abv) is the second release in its Classic Series.

With Mandarina Bavaria and Loral hops, ESB is available now for pre-order for pick up from Helios on 12th May.
