The Fermentis team is pleased to invite you to this edition of the Fermentis Academy, with the support of Bintani Australia. During the day, from 9:00 am to 5 pm, registration start from 8:30 am. You are welcomed to join our pre-party on Monday( Feb 17) from 6 pm. We’ll be there with you to share the latest information and answer your questions about yeast and fermentation.
Fermentis Academy programme includes technical information, applied research and sensory evaluation with beer tastings.
