The Australian Brewery has been proudly brewing in Sydney’s Hills district since 2010. Under new stewardship, the brewery has aspirations of creating one of Sydney’s best cellar door experiences. Along with weekly unique draught beers, the brewery intends on running regular events highlighting beer styles and showcasing guest brewers from around the country. Bringing hard to find beer experiences to the Hills district locals. In this light, the team is hosting its first ever beer dinner at the venue featuring beers brewed on site on the 27th of September.
The dinner will take over the venues taphouse and will involve three courses paired with four separate specialty brewed beers. The brews will include a cleansing sour beer, a bold and resinous Red IPA and a salted caramel dessert brown ale.
The dinner itself is a once in a lifetime experience as the beers are brewed in single keg batches and not to be repeated. Head Brewer Dan Shaw and his team of brewers along with Head Chef Sharon Vella will host the dinner. With tickets only $55 this is the perfect present for Father’s Day and a great opportunity to spend an engaging nights with friends.
The event will also feature giveaways, lucky door prizes and will be interactive with questions and comments encouraged from diners. The ticket will also give exclusive access to cellar door specials on the night and early access to future events.
