Founder of Starward Whisky David Vitale will be presenting his world class Wine Cask Solera and a limited-edition Bourbon Barrel-Aged whisky paired to perfection with Stockade Brew Co Rockafella Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Ale, 8 Bit IPA and The Mountie Maple Imperial Stout.
Each matched to four courses by Prohibition’s Simon Wong She.
