We have given our Chefs four of our beers and the challenge to design a four-course degustation to match. James, our Head Chef, and “Spicy” Phil, our Sous Chef, have each gone off and designed their own menu that best showcases their own individual cooking style and how they interpret it to match our beers.
James has designed his menu using his background in English Gastro-pub cooking, incorporating local Australian produce and putting a modern, beer-inspired twist on traditional British cooking. “Spicy” Phil brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his background in Hatted South-East Modern Asian cooking. He has incorporated modern cooking style, using Asian ingredients, and since starting at Brouhaha, including beer into his recipes.
With tickets priced at only $70 (+BF), this is to be an event not to be missed!
Your $70 will get you four beers (one per person, per course), two meals per course (to be shared between two people), and a beer education on each beer.
