The IBA Team is pleased to launch the IBA Mash Ups in early May.
IBA Mash Ups are industry sessions where we will coordinate special guests to speak and share knowledge and information that is critical to our collective development. They will also be a chance to catch up with your peers in the industry and enjoy a few beers together.
Dr. Shellhammer will share his recent groundbreaking research from his paper Factors Impacting Aroma, Flavor and Stability in Dry-Hopped Beers, as well as other recent research his department has conducted into hop chemistry including hop creep.
