Rev-ale-ation. A Symphony of the Senses.

April 21, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

$79.37

For one night only, Beer Diva and Kerve Productions are truly blessed to present a breathtaking live opera performance with world-class Australian opera singers led by the internationally renowned opera singer Liane Keegan along with celebrated concert pianist Stefan Cassomenos fused with an exclusive selection of exceptional, musically matched ales. Each aria and beer will be meticulously paired to a range of one-off handcrafted cheeses from Stone and Crow Cheese Company, and all set beneath the stained glass windows of St. Paul’s Cathedral, Melbourne.

Pray that you don’t miss out on this heavenly assault on the senses!

Class, sophistication and elegance are all words that are often not associated with beer but will be by our audience members by the end of the evening! They will enjoy the magnificence of the cathedral and the intensity and purity of the arias while indulging in five operatically matched, extraordinary artisan beers and incredible handcrafted cheeses. It is important to note that many of our audience members reported that they came open minded not really liking opera or beer but left the evening loving both!! For them, it truly was a Rev-ale-ation!

Breweries involved include: 3 Ravens Brewery, Boatrocker Brewers and Distillers, Bridge Road Brewers, Mornington Peninsula Brewery and La Sirene, which cheese provided by Stone & Crow Cheese Company.

Kirrily Waldhorn – aka The Beer Diva – also known within the industry as ‘Australia’s First Lady of Beer’ will entertain and host the evening. We also have a couple of theatrical surprises in store!
