Now a Sydney Beer Week institution, in 2018 we invite you to join us for our 5 Ingredients of Ale Dinner with a twist as we hit the harbour + head off site to beer and dine at two Sydney institutions – OTTO Ristorante and The Tilbury Hotel.
The challenge for Head Chef Jimmy Richardson is to craft an exciting menu based around the key ingredients The Lord uses daily in our Brewery; malted barley, rye, hops, yeast and water.
