As part of Sydney Beer Week, Goose Island is teaming up with Fratelli Fresh to bring three nights of Italian feasts, pairing iconic Italian dishes with a lineup of Goose Island specialty beers, shipped over from their brewery in Chicago.
The events, hosted by Goose Island’s Ambassador, Imran Mahmood, and Fratelli Fresh’ Brand Chef, Gabor Denes, will bring foodies and beer lovers on a bespoke experience, taking people on a journey through their curated menus, exclusively designed for Sydney Beer Week only.
Beer; A Slice of Heaven:
The first event of the three part series, will serve up everyone’s favourite hand-picked pizzas with complementing Goose Island beers. Event tickets are $40 (all inclusive) and can be purchased here.
Just Desserts, Oh and Beer:
Night two of the food and beer pairing series will combine an unlikely combination; beer, desserts and sweet treats. Fratelli Fresh’ Executive Pastry Chef Riccardo Falcone will host this event alongside Imran Mahmood. Tickets for this event are $40 (all inclusive) and can be purchased here.
Goose Island Beer Dinner:
Saving the best until last and to round off the three part series, Goose Island and Fratelli Fresh will be putting on a delicious 4 course dinner, paired with specialty brews that will have your taste buds tingling. Tickets for this event are $60 and can be purchased here.
Specialty Goose Island brews shipped from Chicago for the events will include: Bourbon County Stout 2017, Cooper Project #2, Honkers Ale, Juliet 2016, Lolita 2016, Halia 2016, Goose Island IPA and Session IPA.
