Brew and smoke house, Endeavour Tap Rooms, has joined Sydney’s beer elite to host not one, but two, exclusive events during this year’s Sydney Beer Week (SBW18).
Billed as the city’s largest annual celebration of beer, SBW18 runs from 26 October to 4 November, showcasing Sydney’s ever-growing, vibrant beer culture in a host of top venues.
Endeavour Tap Rooms, nestled on a heritage site in the Rocks, is the brainchild of seasoned hospitality professionals, Applejack Hospitality, and award-winning Australian brewer Endeavour Brewing Co.
Ingredients sourced from growing regions that experience the best vintage conditions are part of the philosophy.
Located on the ground floor of the venue is a 600-litre brewhouse with eight vessels and, in the bar, four key lines and four rotating taps. For the beer curious and food amorous, Endeavour Tap Rooms along with Endeavour Brewing Co. will be hosting Taste of Taps – The Endeavour Experience, on Wednesday 31 October.
Head to the iconic heritage establishment and discover quality Australian brewed beer made with only the finest ingredients, paired perfectly with premium house-smoked meats.
The evening will be led by Ben Kooyman, Founder of Endeavour Brewing Co, and Jon Barrios, Head Chef at Endeavour Tap Rooms.
Expect to be taken on a voyage of taste focusing on the process and
ethos of brewing Endeavour beer as well as matching pint with plate to perfection. Guests will enjoy four Endeavour midis and a banquet-style dinner in the intimate setting of the venue’s Kings Head upstairs dining room.
