Stone & Wood takes a fresh approach to brewing beer that’s simply good to drink. We are a leading Australian Independent Brewery, ingrained in our local communities, supporting the people who support us.
After 6 years of success in launching and building our brand in the UK market, we are looking for an additional team member to join us to further leverage our scale and drive distribution growth. For us it’s not just about sales success, but also creating excitement and momentum around our portfolio!
In this newly created role based in London, you will manage relationships across existing and new customers, drive sales volume, brand development and distribution and be active in all things beer and community. That includes supporting our customers with staff training, brand activations and connecting with our drinkers through events and other fun stuff. Given you are located a tad far from the mothership, you will also have a hand in keeping logistics, stock and merchandise ticking along!
We need someone who thinks of customers first, communicates confidently and represents our brand in the simple, down to earth style we value so much. You don’t have to be an Aussie…but with our flagship Pacific Ale in the portfolio, you need to understand its Aussie roots and lifestyle! You will get lots of autonomy with us, which also means your ability to manage yourself, your territory and action plan are super important.
We’d love to hear from experienced sales folk who are based in London for this one, and ideally those with proven sales results in the beverage or FMCG sector and expertise working with retail and on-premise venues.
The important bits: you will be on the road and working with our products, so you must have a full drivers license and have full rights to work in the UK. This is a full-time role and we love looking after our people and offer a wide range of benefits beyond salary and will talk through these when we meet you for an interview.
