Alice Springs Brewing Co is looking for an experienced brewer to help them through their next stage of rapid growth.
Located in some of the most striking country on earth and close to world famous landmarks such as Uluru & Kata Tjuta, this is a perfect opportunity to escape the rat race & head to the Territory!
You will be experienced in all aspects of operating a small scale commercial brewery including wort production, cellaring, recipe development and packaging.
Ideally you will enjoy a laugh, a challenge and perhaps even a beer?
We are open to shorter contracts starting from a 6 month tenure so even if you are just looking to escape the winter months to an average daily temperature of 20c – this could be for you!
