Distillery in Planning

We have a very exciting role for an experienced distiller that is looking for a blank canvas at a start-up level operation located on the Gold Coast.
Designing the distillery, recipe creation and building of a business alongside an experienced team who enjoy having fun along the way.
Responsible for:
- Planning and building a distillery
- New product development for initial products to market
- Day to day operations
- Execute the operational plans
- Quality control
- Production to meet government and excise requirements
- Managing and expanding the production team as required
- Customer Engagement
About you:
- Experience in commercial distilling is essential
- New product development know how is a must
- Experience with blending and barrel aging
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organised and efficient, work on their own with a high level of attention to detail.
The distillery will be located on the Gold Coast and will offer competitive salary and ownership in the business to the successful applicant.
