We’re looking for a passionate Chef who is keen to lead a team and take ownership of a highly-regarded position.
The successful candidate will be passionate about running an efficient kitchen and providing customers with high quality brewery-styled meals.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of individuals
- Run kitchen efficiently and effectively
- Prepare and serve high quality meals
- Meet KPI’s

The successful candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
- Passion for food
- Ability to source good quality produce
- Be able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage, train and roster employees
- Ability to perform in pressure situations
- Have knowledge of financial and business imperatives
