We are seeking a Head of Sales to join our leadership team and lead the expansion of our premium beverage portfolio including Prickly Moses, Queenscliff Distillery, Queenscliff Brewery and Apollo Bay Distillery.
This is a senior position suiting an experienced Beverage Industry professional with proven leadership and sales experience.
The successful applicant will define and execute the commercial strategy across our beverage portfolio increasing brand presence throughout Australia.

Relevant Experience and Attributes
- Commercial sales leadership experience.
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional skills in influencing and negotiation.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload.
- Self-motivated with the ability to structure and organise own work outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic Business Plan in conjunction with Director to support growth of distribution channels and sales for the Group Beverage Portfolio
- Maximise sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Participate in and attend festivals and events including after hours and weekend work when required
