An exciting opportunity to work with a leading Australian brewing company as they continue with their impressive growth trajectory. This is a strategic role that will lead the continued development of the beer category, whilst creating and developing options for related beverage categories (alcohol and non-alcohol).

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be driven by consumer insights and partnering with major customers, whether they be major retailing groups or brewing partners. With a variety of successful in-house brands and well-known external brands brewed under contract, there is tremendous scope to work with a wide variety of beer and related beverage types.

Working with the Operations team to create new product, it will be imperative to create a strong working relationship so new product development brews can fit in efficiently with the production plan whilst leveraging the brewing talent available in the Ops team as part of the development process.

You will be a highly experienced brewer, with strong IBD or equivalent qualifications, having developed a brewing career in larger breweries. Experience in smaller craft brewing operations will also be considered for individuals at Head Brewer level.

Relocation expenses will be provided for the successful candidate to enable a move from interstate.
