Glass House Brewery are currently recruiting an experienced chef de partie/sous chef.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience at a chef de partie or sous chef level, preferably with a background in Italian cuisine.
Working closely with colleagues in a fast paced environment, this is a diverse role which includes leading the team when the head chef is not present.
This role is a full-time salaried position working Wednesday through to Sunday, with the occasional split shift.
