The team behind Brisbane’s week long celebration of community and small business brought together by the love of good beer are pleased to announce that the festival will return from March 21-28, 2015.
The inaugural Brewsvegas festival in March 2014 became a citywide celebration of Brisbane’s unique cultural identity as it is currently evolving within a burgeoning craft beer industry.
In 2015 the team, (a not-for-profit headed by a handful of faces behind some of Brisbane’s good beer bars) aim to cement Brewsvegas as Brisbane’s unique marker on the global craft beer road map, by continuing to work with our city’s ever increasing number of small, independent and hardworking venues and producers who are helping to foster a new culture of beer enjoyment based on flavor, origin and choice.
With the continuing growth and support of small bars, breweries and good beer venues throughout Brisbane over the last 12 months, the festival is set to expand on participation from last year, which saw 91 events across 44 local venues.
Punters can look forward to a week full of venue-focused events, which will see collaborations with an array of local businesses feature heavily in a bid to grow and strengthen ties within the local community (and a heck of a lot of quality, handcrafted and delicious beer).
