AIBA seeking new head judge

October 5, 2016 by Editor

aiba_048_1280x200px_fa1The Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA) is recruiting for a new head judge, after Warren Pawsey opted not to continue his three-year tenure.

Expressions of interest have been called by The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV).

The AIBA is the largest annual competition of its kind in the world, judging both draught and packaged beer, in 2016 attracting over 1,790 entries from 326 breweries representing 36 countries.

“The RASV extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to outgoing AIBA Head Judge Warren Pawsey of Little Creatures for his dedication and commitment to the role and advocacy for the competition these past three years,” the society said in a statement.

To register your interest, please email [email protected] for a copy of the position description.
