FB*PROPAK is recognised as one of the brewing industry’s most experienced equipment suppliers and engineers, with a great number of installations successfully operating in Australia and New Zealand. One of its most recent projects was particularly noteworthy as it was a turnkey brewery project for one of NZ’s star craft brewers Behemoth Brewing – this included the brewhouse, canning line, labeller, tanks, auger and milling. Detailed scope of supply:

  • 1 x Fully automatic 25 hectolitre, three vessel direct-fired Alpha brewhouse, including:
    • Mash/lauter
    • Kettle
    • Whirlpool
    • 3m³ Grist hopper fed by chain disk auger
    • 1450kg per hour Alpha grain mill
  • 1 x 65 hectolitre direct-fired Alpha hot liquor tank
  • 1 x 50 hectolitre Alpha cold liquor tank
  • 2 x 50 hectolitre Alpha brite beer tanks
  • 10 x 50 hectolitre Alpha fermentation vessels with hop dosing units
  • 3 x 3 hectolitre Alpha fermentation units with hop dosing units
  • 1 x 24 cans per minute Alpha canning line
  • 1 x 5000 cans per hour Framax labelled
  • 1 x Alpha Wash Dog Jr keg washer
  • 1 x Alpha portable CIP trolley
